The Passport is customizable to meet your unique needs. Volume purchases qualify for significant discount pricing. Orders of 1,000 passports or more include free
customization. See PURCHASING INFORMATION for volume discount pricing.
New employees have
ninety days to complete the tasks in the booklet. New employees acquire
information through networking, use of resources like an online
orientation, etc.
With the Orientation Passport, a designated mentor signs off when the new hire has demonstrated an understanding of, and
can perform the task. This is quite different from recording what "We
do" and concentrates on what "The new hire does".
The process results in proactive employees that have made emotional
connections with others in the organization beyond their immediate work
group. At the end of ninety days, the new hire is aligned with the
organizations business objectives, has a horizontal view of the
organization, and has demonstrated proficiency in their job.
The completed passport document serves as a legal defense and
auditable documentation for compliance audits.
